Hatossa phone straps feature a universal attachment that fits most full-coverage cases with a charging port. Although the name of the product is "phone" straps, the straps can be used with various devices with a full-coverage case or lanyard loops. For example, AirPods Pro, e-books and other devices.

Our phone straps can also be used as an accessory for your favourite purse or keys.

  1. Unloop the clear lanyard attachment from the Hatossa strap after you unbox it.
  2. Got a case with a built-in loop, or a device with a lanyard loop? Just thread the Hatossa strap through it.
  3. No loop? No problem! Slip the universal lanyard attachment through the charging port hole of your case. It fits most phone, e-book, and tablet cases.
  4. Secure the lanyard attachment and pop your device back into the case.
  5. Loop the Hatossa strap through the lanyard attachment.
  6. Give it a quick tug to make sure it's all set and secure.

Currently, we do not offer customization options, but we do have a variety of designs and colours to choose from.

To clean your phone strap, use a soft, damp cloth and gently wipe down the beads and string. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the strap in water.

We accept major credit credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within Canada take 2 to 8 business days. Orders shipped to the United States take between 3 to 5 business days.

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. For customers outside these regions, please contact us directly at support@hatossa.com to inquire about potential shipping options.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns and Orders

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and undamaged items. Please contact returns@hatossa.com for assistance with returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
